Please can anyone recommend the best most economical society to join in order for us to do these qualifiers? Thank you in advance.

If you mean for competing an M&M to try to qualify for Olympia then there is only one society: BSPS
This also covers you for flat classes at RIHS which is also only BSPS.
Junior M&M classes it is PUK & WHP it is NPS
