Is anyone else having issues contacting Mrs Candy Collections? There is never any answer from the number posted on their website, and no response to the answer phone message left, or e mail sent?
Does anyone know any other way to contact them?
Thanks!!

What a shame! When Kim owned the business it was always first class service Maybe the new owners have been away competing at shows? No excuse for not contacting people from messages or emails that have been left for them though

I think there was a similar thread running last year so not much seems to have altered. I know before it was sold service was second to none but the new owner doesn't seem quite so concientious. Such a shame for a very well established business.

I ordered a jacket exactly two weeks ago at North of England show and it arrived (made to measure) this morning. Excellent service and a quality item. Would definitely use again.

I have just been made aware of this thread. If anyone would who had commented with an issue would like to message me their name so I can look into the issue that would be helpful. I obviously cannot see from here who you are to see if you have ever even ordered from us. It's a shame people choose to slander a company on here rather than speaking to a representative as the missed calls/messages are always returned. And as for Show Boots I think you'll find it will cost you that with postage where ever you go.

I started this thread last year and at the time simply could not contact the company in any way. If you are the lady from Mrs Candy you many remember giving my daughter a free shirt for all the issues relating to an order for boots. I was at my wits end as I was receiving NO feedback at all. My message was not slanderous it simply asked if anyone knew how to contact the company as I left message after message

Maximusdecimus:
My comment wasn't aimed at yourself it was aimed at the slanderous remarks.
I don't work in the office full time so I wouldn't know the situation when it comes to gestures of goodwill.

Unfortunately it seems there are a few people who have had issues and you obviously aren't reading what they've put as you've asked why they have come on here and said something rather than calling to speak to a representative. Well unfortunately that seems to be the issue!! Nobody is able to speak to anyone if the phones aren't answered. I'm not sure if you are the proprioter or a representative of the company but I also don't feel your customer service skills are fully up to scratch regarding the cost of boots. You seem to just have missed the 'so there' off the end of that statement by the tone it reads! Just being honest, Mrs Candy is a good company with lovely products. Hopefully the good reputation it had will be upheld!!
