11th may my ex partner stole my 2 show horses I left him last year he continued to harass me when I blocked and stopped contact he too my boys I paid for them and I paid all up keep but the police say it's civil how can it be after 8 months break up all because I won't go back with him it's sick he had affair for last 2 years she living with him now why not leave me be she drives around in my car with my personal plate on crazy these horses were my life I'm devastated and he's supposed to be a reputable equestrian centre Bromley farm Sheffield Alex tue they even had paddlocks s on there stables young girls joy Riding them on the hunt there to hoys workers disgusting

Do you have all they're paperwork, oh could make a cab appointment, maybe they can help you plan what to do next.

Good! look for your nearest Citizens advice Bureau, they are the first port of call I would say, do you have any legally friends who could also point out the way forward. Terrible for you, heartbreaking x

Are you a bhs member or have any other insurance with legal advice included (car/house insurance etc)? If the police aren't being helpful then it seems that you need good legal advice.

Take it through the small claims court. Very easy online service 'moneyclaimsonline' rather like a paypal dispute and will not cost a fortune.

Mediation this Thursday then going to cival court if not it's heart breaking my Lovley show horses been joy rode by a so call equestrian buisness all because I would go back to him when he had numerous affairs |
