All native ponies vary in shapes and sizes a lot of people are under the illusion they are all flat backed with no wither and no shape, this isnt necessarily always the case. We see A LOT of shapely native breeds coming to us for saddle fittings etc especially welsh cobs they can be very shapey as can traditional cobs. Black country saddles are beautiful saddles but as in the case of any saddle they need to be fitted correctly by a qualified saddle fitter. We offer a huge selection of new and used saddle including show we also have our own range of Precision show saddles

I recently bought an AH saddle for my pony and absolutely love it. It is not only excellent quality and very stylish, but Stephanie Bloom made the most fantastic job of fitting it. Can't recommend highly enough

I have just pushed the boat out (much to my husbands annoyance) and ordered a saddle from Andrea Hicks - it is due in soon and looking forward to having the wonderful Steph Bloom back to fit it! I considered Black Country but struggled to get a fitter in the area. Fylde saddle doesn't seem to have done my boys back much good, but that isn't to say their not great saddles...they're very popular...just didn't work for my two.
