Theres a BHS loan agreement which is very good, you should be able to download it from their website. If you can't for any reason let me know as I've got a copy of it on my computer (but mine will have had a few bits changed on it)

I have a loan agreement that I made up using the BHS I have used it for loaning broodmares myself and also when I loaned out a gelding on a loan to sell contract. if you would like a copy then PM your email address and I'll send it over.

Taek a look at the terms & conditions of the ILPH loan scheme - these can form the basis for drawing up a loan agreement. www.worldhorsewelfare.org/horse-loan-scheme/index.aspI also have a loan agreement I've used for one of my ponies out on loan at the moment. Happy to email it to you if you pm me your email address
