Basically, hats with ONLY the BS EN 1384 will not be allowed for showing after the end of this year
It appears from current legislation that your show hat will need to bear one of the following certifications:
PAS 015, VG1 (both must be kitemarked)
SEI ASTM F1163 04a onwards
SNELL E2001

Those Charles Owen which do appear to be allowable after the end of 2016 are:
Fian (Certifications: Kitemarked and CE marked to VGI 01.040 2014-12, Certified to ASTM F1163-15)
H2000 (Kitemarked to PAS015:2011 and Certified by SEI to ASTM F1163)
Showjumper XP (Kitemarked to PAS015:2011 and Certified by SEI to ASTM F1163)
There may well be other allowable hats, the above are just those which seems to be most popular amongst showing people
