Once I've got my blades sharpened tomorrow I will be attempting my first clip (with help from my friend)
I will be using a2 medium blades and wanting to blend his legs. I'm going to go down to knee hock because he sweats there as well, I know some people don't like this but on his first clip he stays black so you can't tell.
How do I blend though?? Some say clip with the hair and pull the clippers away type thing, others say turn the clippers over and use the wrong side to clip. That probably makes no sense.
God help me

I don't use the clippers to blend v fluffy legs, get a set of good trimmers and turn them the wrong way, most come with the little black guards, use a wide tooth one and just do a little bit at a time until you are happy with how it looks, go with the direction of the hair and just keep thinning it out until the lines disappear, I've done this on lots of fluffy ponies and it works well, I don't use the clippers themselves as usually by the time I've done a whole clip my arms tingling and it's too easy to take off too big a chunk of hair lol lol 😁

His legs aren't too fluffy at the moment luckily.
