Does any one know If the name on th WPCA passport is proof of ownership in court please

Proof of ownership so long as it has been stamped and signed by the WPCA. Not sure on court but I would imagine so.

I think not as many people don't transfer into their names. The best proof of ownership is a receipt for the purchase/sale

generally a passport is not accepted a proof of ownership. I am not sure about the WPCA ones in particular though
Proof of ownership would be a receipt usually

I would say definitely not proof of ownership. As Philippa say's not everyone transfers ponies into their names when they buy them. Proof would be signed and dated reciept.
