Top Class First Ridden - Superstar schoolmaster
Welsh Section A – Gelding age 11 years.
This little chap is being offered for sale due to being totally outgrown by both my children. He is an absolute superstar in every way and has taught both my children to ride.
He will go up or down a gear, dependant on what is asked of him, so would be suitable for someone with two children maybe one on the lead and one in first ridden. We have also competed junior and open ridden with him with much success, and he was Reserve Champion Performance pony at the Heritage Champs 2008.
He is perfect to hack out and will go first or last – he will also hack on the lead rein. He hunts beautifully and has impeccable manners. He has done fun rides, pleasure and beach rides, cross country etc but is equally at home in a BSPS class, and is always placed as he is so well schooled and balanced. He also jumps, and has done WHP and unaffiliated show jumping. There is nothing this pony won’t do, and he does it all with his ears pricked and a smile on his face.
He is perfect to shoe box and clip, although needs to be twitched for his head and ears. He is fully vaccinated and wormed to date, lives on fresh air and doesn’t need shows, so is very cheap to keep. He is deep bodied, so can carry a longer legged child, but looks absolutely lovely with a tiny tot. He knows his show off by heart so will take any child round easily and teach them what to do.
It is an absolute priority that he goes to a Top Class Knowledgeable Home where he will be loved and can bring as much pleasure as he has brought us
This pony is only for sale as we no longer have a young jockey for him and he is too young to retire - Needless to say it will be a heartbreaking sale
We have had him for almost 4 years now, although he has only been lightly shown due to commitments with our other ponies. He is offered with a full wardrobe of rugs, and a lovely English leather bridle.
This is a heartbreaking sale, so genuine enquiries only please. We have excellent trial facilities close by.
