I was talking to another mum at a show who said it's not worth going- producers dominate, no chance for anyone else etc. We have qualified two lead rein ponies in different categories. I had been thinking we'd go for the experience and just try to enjoy it regardless of outcome but now I'm wondering if it's worth the money and effort!
For background- we don't show a lot but the ponies are both good quality animals.
So anyone who's been- what's it like? Is it a fun day for kids? Any other thoughts..?
Thank you

Was it a nice atmosphere? Would you recommend with young kids?
Thanks

We have been a few times & had some good results - not a show I would describe as dominated by producers at all, although some do attend & no doubt they do well.
I'd give it a chance & make your own decision.
