I honestly think anyone who judges should refrain from making comments about individual entrants they have judged on social media. It is unhelpful and VERY unprofessional.

Most of the societies have a social media policy. If this judge is a panel judge then you need to report them and take screen shots.....

Thank you Dipsy - the judge in question is a panel judge, it was an affiliated show and the society has a comprehensive social media policy. The rules have clearly been broken. However I received a message from another member asking me to remove the comments from my post which I hadn't seen. I looked and was horrified and deleted them right away, so I have no evidence. I am hoping the person in question will see this post, and just remember to think before she presses send in future, she caused a lot of upset.

No problem, shame that the post has been removed. Judges don't like being publicly bashed on social media, and the same rules should apply for the competitors being publicly bashed as well. Lets hope that someone else has taken a screenshot and reported them before it was removed.
