I ride my mare in a myler eggbut (level 2 I think)with reins and cheek-pieces attached to the hooks. She goes really well in it. I cannot seem to find anywhere if it is dressage legal? Would anybody be able to enlighten me on this matter? Thanks

From what I can remember the Myler bits with hooks are NOT dressage legal. I do know the comfort snaffle is dressage legal. Hope that helps.

Not legal with the hooks, but you can get the same mouthpiece with standard eggbut rings which is dressage legal.
