Do you prefere your boyfriend/girlfriend to be horsey like you are or do you prefere them to have no interest in horses what so ever

horsey- otherwise they won't understand WHY you have to buy a new rug or why the farrier has to come and why we have to pay him so much, not to mention show days.

Ummm both, mine is a farrier, so it he has he uses, but he knows if I buy something and don't need it new rugs Rugs etc!! Although he does see the horse more than me as he looks after him through the week and plays rugby at the weekend so I get to play ponies in peace!! So maybe both!! Like hovis 50/50 Plus he can't get out of grooming duties at shows and knows I can't go on my own and that show days take up the whole day, so plenty of sweeties are a necessity

My boyfriend is non-horsey BUT despite his allergy to horses he does go and muck then out, turn out etc if I'm in holiday or not well... He comes the shows and cleans my tack and makes sure that the horse is clean for tacking up, him and my mum are like joint grooms... He doesn't have farm boots he just comes down in designer stuff as he seems to think he won't get dirty!! I defiantly prefer him being non horsey but he will tolerate them he was even going to show my stallion inhand before I sold him Xx
