I’am currently about to go into my last year in school so am beginning to look for an apprenticeship. Ideally I’m looking to go on to work and groom at a top show yard, I have had many years experience in this sector due to growing up around showing and feel this is what I want to do. Please get in touch if you know of any show yards looking for an apprenticeship. ( I leave school in the july 2019 and would be happy to start when ever ) thankyou

If you are already experienced you could probably just get a job as a groom, opposed to advertising looking for an apprenticeship. This way you would be paid more and you would learn things anyway. When I left school I groomed for a few years, and now I have just started another career. I think this did me the world of good as I wasn't sure what I wanted to do but working on a yard riding and grooming i had loads of fun and enjoyed every second even though it was hard hard work.
