Quality MM 12h to 12.2(smaller now considered)

I am looking for an outstanding pony for my daughter who is a very competent small 9 year old. She wants to do MM small breeds showing and some WHP. In addition to this the pony would attend all pony club activities. She is a very confident rider but I don't want a pony that will knock her confidence. The pony will need to be forward going but safe. My daughter does everything with her pony including catching in, mucking out, grooming, holding for the farrier/vet etc so her new pony must be safe for her to do all this. He/she will be very well looked after and cared for.

I have a budget of £1500 but also have a perfect leadrein first ridden available and several quality Welsh sec C and partbred youngsters who are available as part of a deal. I would also consider a loan/lease if someone has a pony who they really don't want to sell but I would hope to secure an arrangement for 3 years until my daughter is 12 when she will move onto a homebred section C.

I'm not having any luck here. I would now consider smaller than 12 hands as long as the pony is stocky and fits all the above criteria. Thank you
