Yep put some sheets of newspaper in the freezer, put them on legs before you go bandage over the top, take off before you go in the ring. Possibly not a good idea with a grey though, unless you wanted the judge to read the news while he's judging you.

Get the biggest dock leaves you can find put on the windgalls and bandage over the top keep on over night put fresh ones on to travel to the show and they should go down. Used to do this with a small hunter and it does work!!!!!

We have some boots that you soak in cold water for an hour, then put on after riding for a bit. also travel him in them and that brings them down. no idea what they are called though :s think they were from derby house.

Bandaging cabbage leaves in too. I believe that women do this whilst breast feeding too. My hunky vet was telling me, did not dare ask him why breast feeding women would do that and just smiled sweetly!

gamgee soaked in vinegar which is an astringent and bandaged in place , remove just before your class.
