How about the stallion that sired the coloured i have on here? very nice chap with lovely temperament. Have a look on questions and tips page or for sale under 15 hand coloured gelding i think, he throws off some lovely stock.

I know it's not the max height you specified, but have you considered a Connemara? If you want bone with quality have a look at Skellorn Harrison (speak to Kerry Wainwright at Skellorn Stud), he's sired lovely stock and is himself very successful under saddle (3rd HOYS this year and going to olympia). Temperament is 2nd to none, lovely chap!

Whereabouts in the country are you - Greylands stud have a stunning Irish Draught stallion. Stands just at end of M4, Ammanford, South Wales

look on stanley grange stud website- there is a super choice on there- but I don't know where you are- so could be out of your area. I wouldn't advise you to use country farm stud- just from personal experience this summer

i also would recommend Aimbry Chester at End House Stud, Or there are others at this stud
I have stock by him and all are fantastic movers with a good depth and very sensible.
