Hi This looks like a lovely site, but i don't do showing.
I live next to Cannock Chase and i just love watching the seasons turn - i have seen over 60 of them. I have an old IDx, a companion to my nutty Appaloosa, who is looking very old all of a sudden. I have taken advice and tried everything but i really don't think he is enjoying life any more.
If i keep him in he stiffens up and if i turn him out he just hangs around the gate. I shall really have to make a decision soon. I fear he will not make it through another winter. I would be grateful for any suggestion. If the end is nigh for Tetley, then i shall have to get a companion/happy hacker to keep Jim, my other horse happy. I can offer a good knowledgeable home, with references, paddocks, stables and strolls over the Chase. Does anyone want a lovely home for a friendly happy hacker?

hi, i have a 21 year old gelding that loves to hack out, he has nothing wrong with him and can be ridden every day if needed, i just doint want him going to a showing home, i am happy to loan him out but not sell, this is really hard but i have 2 others and he has no job for me as he hates showing now, he is very good in the school ect, hacking in company, but can be stubborn/ a bit nappy alone. i just give him a smack and make him go and he is fine, please let me know if you are interested as i really cant find a good home for him , thankyou

Hi, Still getting used to this forum, its hard for an old 'un. I could buy or loan, as long as it didnt cost me too much. I would spend all my cash on horses, but i am moderated by a husband!
Any ideas?
