been riped off on here, bought a jacket for 90 pounds of someone who sells a lot of things on here and when i received it.......its defiantly not as described and is all bobbly a old looking , are there any rules on listing items incorrectly?

livtom, PM and let one of us know who you brought the jacket from and a link to the advertisement, and we will investigate. Have you contacted the person you bought it from and told them you're not happy? What was their response?

At least you received your item - I was sold something by a member via Ebay, they took my money & then decided they weren't sending it, took me 30 days to get the money back as I had to ASK Paypal to send it back to me.

I sold an item on ebay. lady complained saying it was not as described, rubbish really becasue it was but I did not want to lose my good ebay rating so refunded the money requesting the item be returned. Yes, you've guessed it item not returned. I only sold it for £4 but that is not the point, it is the principle, I did the decent thing so why couldn't she. if she thought the item was so bad why was she so keen to keep it. People!

I must be lucky then because I have just bought 2 things off HG members (one on ebay). Both were delivered very quickly and both great items ;D

Dont tar all HG members with the same brush, I just bought something and it came the next day and was just as described!
