Clawddoch (sp) Fiona?
I've got an old Bureside mare- they bred quite a few duns and all good heights generally

I have phoned Clawddock Fiona - I think she is stunning, but they are asking a lot of money for her.

Pony1982 had an up to height dun mare advertised back in the summer, a Janpete pony.
I think you will find that Duns are really buckskin, ie having the cream gene.

i think you ll find roseview that both duns and buckskins carry the creme gene the difference between the two is that the dun has a dorsal stripe and the buckskin does nt

Whilst I don't claim to be a genetics expert it is widely believed that there are no dun Welsh ponies, although the dun gene does exist in other breeds.
As I don't want to hijack your wanted thread I have pm'd some details.
