I have 2 cheeky ponoes that always seam to manage to get there tongue over the bit. Just seen a tongue tamer bit on ebay.
Has anoyone every used one of these bits? or how do you manage? I show my ponies inhand and also ridden when they are able to do it. Thanks

If its one of the 'spoon' type bits, in my experience they do work at their job, ie to stop said horse/pony getting their tounge over the bit, but when i used one it caused my pony to start head shaking and rearing as he was obviously getting his toung over for a comfort reason not a naughtiness one. We then used a ported bit and he was more comfey.
I'd check yours out first before pinnin their tounges down.
