We are considering loaning out our homebred lightweight hunter type for approx 2 years.
He will be in ideal novice 4 year old to bring on for next year. Max is approx 16.2hh at the moment (maybe a touch bigger),chestnut with two white socks at the back and a white blaze. He was professionaly backed earlier this year and we have been bringing him on nice and slowly after being turned away for a few months.
Max needs an experienced and knowledgeable rider and home, he isnt a difficult ride but he would not suit a novice and he needs a confident handler.
It would be lovely to see Max in the showring but as he is competition bred he could also go to a competition home.
He is out of a hanovarian bred mare and is by Country Lone Ranger so certainly bred to jump. I like to think he is a nice type, he has a lovely head and length of rein. Still has some maturing to come but he coming on nicely.
We are looking for a very special loan home with someone who will bring him on considerately and who is experienced with youngsters. Ideally prefer him to stay within the north west area but can consider a little further away. Not more than an hour and half drive away.
Home will be vetted and references required with a loan agreement.
Can provide pics.
