On behalf of a friend
15.2 Black Cob mare for loan. 14 years old, fantastic to handle and ride, jumps, schools, hacks better in company but will hack on her own (I've hacked her on her own and she didnt bat an eyelid)
Just wants someone to love her due to owner having a baby and not enough time so not been ridden much lately (I will be riding her before she goes to a new home) She's good to shoe (is currently barefoot) catch and clip, is a good doer, needs a bit of persuasion to load due to previous bad experience but she does load and travel fine.
Full or Part loan - can be moved yards for full loan. If part loan days/money negotiable
No timewasters please - she's had her most of her life so it's hard enough to loan her out.

Hi I am looking for a companion/occasional happy hacker. I am a very experienced, soft owner/rider. I only hack out on the amazing Cannock Chase, where i live. I don't do shows, although about once a year we might go to a fun ride. The horses live adjacent to my house, they have open stable doors in all but vile weather. They are loved to bits and pandered to. I can offer references and unlimited love. I live in Staffordshire and just need a companion for my nutty appaloosa gelding which can be ridden out with me about twice a week. Do you think this mare would do? She could remain barefoot if she was happy with this regime.
My old companion horse Tetley, is sadly doing downhill, he already has arthritis problems and now appears to be 'losing his marbles'. I do not want him dragging himself around over the winter, so have decided that the end is in sight for him. This will almost kill me, but it is the decision horse owners have to take occasionally.

Hi,
yes the mare is still available and I'm STILL waiting for pics from her owner but I am pestering her for them for those of you who are waiting.
She's heavier then a middleweight but not 'as' heavy as a traditional. I'll post pics ASAP or I'll get her facebook page and post the link

hey there, i am desperately searcing for a my perfect partner that i can love cherish and just adore.Hi there, I am Looking for a horse to help me return to riding after an 11 year break , a sport i was absolutely passionate about and something i miss incredibly and whole hearted ,A horse that i will be devoted to and really enjoy this sport again on. This is an uphill struggle for me as at present i can only consider loaning , but would want to have a buy option in the loan .(with christmas around the corner four children and three large breed dogs, i have to be realistic) i know when i have finally found my perfect partner i would never be able to part with him/her and am looking potential for a horse that has enough experience to give me that option I have spent 11 years out of riding(in the saddle) due to having children. I miss it incredibly and that's only been heightened by my daughter now having a pony.I was a competent rider all thought i imagine i am going to be slightly rusty, nothing time in the saddle wont fix. I am a competent rider , but will be completely honest with you i can be slightly nervous and cautious to begin with , until warmed up.Due to a very bad accident when i was younger unfortunately it has left a very cautious side in my riding ability . However when i have confidence in the horse and i know there mannerism , and we are working as a team, i am definitely be more confident.
I am looking for a sweet natured horse to enjoy hacking and plenty of schooling (more for me) to begin with. Someone to look after me as much as i will look after them but is not a plod. i really do need to get riding fit again a downside to pregnancy and poly-cystic ovaries and to be honest with you i am unfortunately at present on the larger side of life.(not overly huge) As i said at first just to hack until we get to know each other and have fun in a school.Eventually i am sure i will want to jump and have fun at competitions . I am offering a very knowledgeable (rode from age 5 to 17) before becoming pregnant , my sister went on to compete for British juniors, loving knowledgeable home, with a devoted rider who will be over the moon that they can ride once more.If you hear of anyone searching please do forward details . We stable at a d.i.y livery yard in Hampshire only a stones throw from my home. email hilditch8lg@btinternet.com Emma
