if anyone is thinking about re-homing a dog then try this website manytearsrescue.webs.com/ they have lots of dogs all needing a good home!! There website is updated everyday with new dogs and new sad stories!! it makes me cry every time i read there stories. Even if you are looking for a pedigree they rescue many from puppy farms in wales so there are all sorts of dogs looking for homes including puppies and the oldies. |

Oh lovely website - I would be very interested in Dorothy but there is absolutely no way we could get down to Wales to meet her as have all the ponies etc to see to and my dog wouldn't want to travel all that way. I do hope she finds a loving home.

We went to Wales yesterday to the Great Dane rescue centre, we came home with a lovely Harlequin bit*h called Daisy, we have only been with us a day but you would think she has lived with us forever, will try to put some pictures on later but it was fun watching her play in the field with our Harlequin boy and parsons terrier, she managed to flatten the pair of them at the same time putting them both in their place, then played for ages with them, they are all now indoors all cuddled up fast asleep. So if you can give a home to a rescue dog it is well worth it.

I love Great Danes but they don't live long enough! I'm such a wuss that it would take me longer to get over losing one than their lifespan(sorry didn't really want to sound miserable!)
