odd behaviour !!

both my cats are going mad about one corner of the room near the patio doors , they are rolling round on this area as if they in extasy (sp)and getting very giddy !
They have never done this before , the only thing that has been on this area today is a new bag of rabbit food from the pet shop ?
I wonder if it had something on the bottom of it that smells good ??
They have both been spayed so dont think it could be a mating thing ?

Any ideas anyone ? its very amusing to watch ...they keep taking turns lol

Maybe there was some cat nip spilled at the pet shop? That makes them go potty doesnt it?

Certainly sounds like catnip, a friend of mine used to have some in her garden and would bring me a bit for my cat, it was like she was drugged! She would have huge pupils, all her claws would be out and she would drool whilst rolling on it over and over!
