Poor spike is so bored here doing nothing so we are trying to sort him a jockey. someone to love him lots and spend lots of time with him and have fun. He is green as no regular jockey but I am sure once brought back into work he will be a star. SO sad to be advertising him but its not fair that he is just a pet. He wants to be out doing stuff not stuck in a stable. He is eligible part bred welsh and registered british riding pony. he is by pendley gold link out of gade spring waltz. he has done quite a bit of inhand as a youngster and then went on to do a bit of lead rein. he likes being long reined and going on hacks. I have been jumping him on the lunge and he loves this. I know he has jumped a few cross poles in his previous loan home. Been to pony club and is a star to do. He really needs to be out doing but if not we will just keep him with us. We are based in Warrington, Cheshire and open to all suggestions. We did find him a fantastic home however when he went for measuring he was 126cms so too big for the lead rein job at county level. He came back on friday and my friend has rode him and he was a star. She has said she will continue riding him until he goes. He absolutely loves kids and is a real pleasure to do. We are open to suggestions, we just want him out and about! Here are some pictures Most recent Couple of weeks ago in the summer may 2008

I can truely recommend this pony, we took him with a few to do lr/fr but we couldnt get him measured in. We are deverstated as he is an absolute christian in and out of the stable. My 6 year old daughter rode him and handle him on the ground no problems what so ever. He is going to be very special in the show ring. He has the pressence of a super star with the temprement of a childs pony. Impossible to find these days....

Hi, the pony looks gorgeous, how quiet a ride is he ? Ihave a 10 yr old daughter who is a nice gentle rider but lacks confidence , she has just had her informal loan pony given away and is heartbroken. We have a county standard L/R for her sister so are out showing a little bit , though this is our first yr . We want to find a gentle calm ride for my older daughter to do showing on and hack out and love !!! But really need a more kick on than pull back type. Don't want to waste your time if pony more suited to experienced rider . we are in herefordshire
