Sainsbury's are good too. Both my moggies insured with them at a very cheap rate. Mind you I have never ahd to claim, don't know how easy that would be.

I was with Pet Plan and then my kitties hit nine years old and they put my premiums up by something like 40% and my excess was ridiculous. So i am now with The Post Office (yes they do insurance) and I pay about £12 a month per cat which I think is a ridiculous amount for a moggy worth nothing (well £ value anyway) but what can you do.
I haven't claimed but they were really efficient on the phone and helpful.
I would ideally have my cats with NFU but you need to have your house insurance with them.

I got a really good deal with pet plan, £12 month for the top cover. Think sainsbury has a good rep though, heard that asda can get it wrong?

I heard lots of good things about Sainsburys pet insurance, from separate (unrelated) sources - so I'm with them.

I don't do pet insurance. I have a savings account which has £15 a month transferred into it on a direct debit - this is money purely put aside to cover vet expenses (just for one dog).
So far (touch wood) we haven't dipped into it as we've only needed basic visits (vaccinations, neutering) but hopefully the money will mount up and should we need it, it's there. And at least there's not the worry whether the insurance company will cover what we need it for.

I have got JJ aka tree rat with sainsburys for the top rate have not claimed thank god (yet) but they sent a huge pack when he was signed up so feel (sort of) confident have huge issues with pet plan not with the cover but with them taking money after cover has been cancelled. on two seperate cases only an extra 2 months both horses that had been sold, and never got money back, was informed to take them to small claims court like I could afford to do this for £50 a time and they knew that, they have got to big.
