Dyffryncothi Myrddyn - 4yo (Rising 5)
(S. Dyffryncothi Pele (Tymor Pele) D. Tawelfan Mai (Mabnesscliffe Survivor) )
‘Dylan’ is available for lease/loan 2008 to the right home. He has been lightly shown as a youngster, winning first prizes locally and being in the Top 3 at Edenbridge & Oxted Show 2006. He hasn’t been campaigned in hand as I don’t agree with over feeding for the show ring when they are youngsters, instead he has been left to mature slowly so that he will be a strong contester in HOYS/Olympia qualifying ridden classes. He has been backed and lightly schooled in all three paces but has been turned away since. He attended HCWPCA Ridden Clinic in Feb and was impeccably behaved.
His parents are both prize winners, his sire winning his class at Lampeter Stallion Show and his dam was regularly placed in the Top 6 at the Royal Welsh Show before her much talked about sale at the Brightwell’s Cob Sales 2006 where she sold for an excellent price. Both the Sire’s sire & Dam’s sire are Senior Stallion class winners at the Royal Welsh Show, Tymor Pele also qualifying for the Cuddy Supreme In Hand Championship at HOYS.
Dylan is a fantastic mover with excellent confirmation and bone, length of rein with plenty of quality through the throat which is to be expected of this breeding and a fabulous tail set. He has a temperament which is second to none and is nothing less than a gentleman with mares who he can cover in hand or run out with. He is currently out with two foals and he is no bother at all, he normally spends the winter with my other stallion and colts.
Can either go to a top class ridden home or for breeding purposes, the only conditions being that he has access to regular turnout.
