I have both but dont keep them together as rabbits can sometimes bully mini pigs and mini pigs can sometimes chew rabbits ears xx

Thats strange as i got a guinea pig to go with my rabbit and they are fine,
Maybe if you introduce them at a young age like you are going to they will be just fine

Bordetella septica is passed on by droplets in the air. It causes syptoms similar to snuffles in rabbits but it is fatel to guinea pigs. I would not reccomend keeping the two species in close proximity. If kept outdoors, they are often considered as company for each other, as the guinea pig can get warmth from the larger rabbit, but a rabbit has very powerful back legs which often does great harm to the more fragile guinea pig! Also, they are different species, and in general terms should not be kept together, their dietary requirements differ. Sorry but just thought it would be helpful
