Can anybody help me find a pony for my daughter who is 12 yrs old, can ride but novice and needs a pony suitable for a novice.
We currently have a 14.2hh cob on loan for her, who we was told he was suitable for a novice and very good to hack BUT we have found things not to be true, he rears on the road he bucks when being ridden, he barges me daughter, and knocks her out the way when she goes get in his stable. just totally untrustable. Saying that she has handled him well she sits well to the bucks and rears. she does put him in his place but I can just see an accident waiting to happen.
We are looking for a pony she can show locally nothing big. Just a good confidence giver, around 13.2-14hh. in return we can offer a 5* home with lots of TLC. Don't mind an aged pony up to 19yrs i think. will be kept in Burtonwood, warrington
please pm me if you think you can help.
