I am desperately looking for a concourse outfit for a 10 year old girl in time for Ponies UK Southern Winter Championships. We would be open to hiring or buying an outfit.
We would also be interested in a concourse outift for a small adult, size 8 to 10 if anyone has one available.

You can wear evening dress for the Concours class  makes things a bit cheaper... I made mine........are you a whizz on the sewing machine? Im no seemstress but I have good ideas....and Im good at botching things ;D I bought a military style jacket off ebay and trimmed the sleeves in the same fabric I used for the skirt that covers the pony I used a round table cloth as a template for the skirt............... Im in the process of making one for me now.....just in case I get the urge to ''have a go'' on my horse ;D Look at period dress/victorian/georgian/cival war/theatrical- outfits on Ebay these will give you plenty of ideas on what period costumes look like Go on give it a go....be brave with your colours x x x xx Modified just to say my daughter is 5yrs and I used a jacket for a 10 yr old.......99p off Ebay , I cut the arms down to length and took the jacket in a bit...nothing fancy as no-one looks at the inside of the jacket trimmed with ribbon, and we got reserve champion out of 14..... |

Thanks in advance x I have both outfits for 10yrs girl and lady size 8/10 .. each outfit includes long, very full skirt, fitted jacket, frilly neck & cuffs blouse, scrunchie for child and top hat band for adult .. please pm me your email for pix thank you |
