Must be good quality and in good show condition for a four coming five year old girl who measures - chest 24", back from collar to where jacket would end 15", arm from shoulder seam to wrist 14". I am going to BSPS Area 17 on Sunday 14th March.

I have a heavy weight pretty ponies one, top button needs attention - little loose, but other than that it's perfect - worn for a few lr sp classes and eve performances
