our old one broke down right on top of a huge motorway bridge...it was scary! We wern't sure what to do so we made a cup of tea...cos it wouldnt even start and we didnt know where the breakdown recovery number was ...found it at the back of the cupboard in the end though

A few years ago our old lorry went up in flames on the motorway and we had a horse on board. The brakes had caght fire then the tires blew up and two cars crashed into each other bcause they were looking at us. I remember sitting in my car seat on the side of the road seeing the firengines coming the wrong way up the motorway at 50 mph

our lorry broke once about 100m away from the yard- my mum was cursing it and saying she was selling it, but when the RAC came out they said it jst needed clutch fluid and coz my mum is a bit daft she didn't even know you needed it. she was soooooo embarassed

our old bedford lorry broke down on the motorway with horses in it. It was a 6 horser with 2 stallions, 3 mares and a gelding in it, we had to swap over 5 fit naughty racehorses on the motorway, not easy!

we've never had a lorry - good old ifor williams trailer never lets us down, but my granddad uses it for taking his sheep to market, and although its practically new, you wouldn't think that if you saw all that sheeps wool stuck to the inside!
