The horse that Charles le Moignan rode that won the small hunters at HOYS 2009 was a dark bay. Paddys horse with the same name is a grey and I believe it is a novice.

Yup, if they are registed in different places then its fine.
I had a riding horse we bred year ago called Rockstar. Then about 4/5 years later Louise Bell brought her Working Hunter called Rockstar out and about - Im guessing that as they were registered in different places the 2 horses having the same names was never a problem.
Im just gutted my Rockstar wasnt as sucessful as hers LOL!!!!
