CLASS 1 BEGINNERS STAKES- Unaffiliated, open to very novice competitors
Not to have been placed in a BSPS whp class. This class will be split if sufficient
Entries. 13hh and under and over 13hhs please state what height when
entering
CLASS 2 CRADLE STAKES mare or gelding 4 years old and over not exc 122cms
Riders not have attained their 11th birthday before 1st January in the current
year.
CLASS 3 NOVICE NURSERY STAKES – ponies not exceeding 133cms.
CLASS 4 BSPS NOVICE WHP – not exceeding 133cms
CLASS 5 BSPS NOVICE WHP – exceeding 133cms but not exceeding 143cms
CLASS 6 BSPS NOVICE WHP – exceeding 143cms but not exceeding 153cms.
CLASS 7 BSPS NOVICE INTERMEDIATE WH – exc. 148cms but not exc. 158ms.
Animals may not compete in the 153cms whp class and the intermediate wh class at the same show, except at the RIHS and HOYS.

Exc 158cms. Competitors must jump in their correct height section and be the
Correct age for the height of the animal they ride. Riders may ride more than one
Height. Rider must declare if they are competing in the 153cms or intermediate.
THIS CLASS WILL BE SPLIT IF SUFFICIENT ENTRIES.

Rules and Regulations
1. The committee will not be responsible for or be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the exhibitors, riders or their horses or ponies and all entries are accepted on this basis.
2. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate any classes if there are insufficient entries.
3. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Winter Championship 2008.
4. This show is affiliated to the BSPS and all persons competing or otherwise taking part are subject to the constitution and rules of the BSPS including disciplinary procedures and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS.
5. Only first prize money will be given if less than 6 entries in the class.
6. Entry fee £8.00 per class.

P(UK) Northern Winter Championships, Myerscough International Arena, Bilsborrow, Preston Lancs, PR3 ORY 15th – 16th March 2008
P(UK) Southern Winter Championships, Unex Towerlands Equestrian Centre, Braintree, Essex, CM7 5BJ 28th – 30th March 2008
