On behalf of a friend.
Stumpy needs a new home as i have just moved houses and the OH wont let the cat come into the house so he is living in the back garden. Hes called Stumpy as he was born with only 3 paws. Hes fine in every way and doesnt affect him. He is around 5/6
Doesnt really like dogs and enjoys being fussed on.
I want a permanent loving home for him as a house pet.
I am in Liverpool so please pm me if you can offer him a home for life.
Thanks

I do think some people are educated to be anti cat. A bit like racism really. If your peers tell you cats are bad/dirty/smelly etc etc, then people grow up believing it. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Poor Stumpy, has he found a home yet?

Nope, a friend has taken him in but she has a dog which he doesnt like, hes living inside at the mo which is better than outside.
I totally agree LP, my oh's mum is terrified of cats - his dad is terrified of dogs so there not animal lovers. So when he met me he thought i was Noahs Ark as we always had dogs and cats, the cats of course he didnt like because his mum was terrified and brought my oh up to beleve cats are horrible and scary. 5 years down the line he likes the cats as long as they keep their claws away and adores the dogs.
