RING ONE - NOVICE SHOW JUMPING
COMMENCING 9.30AM PROMPT

Classes 1 - 6 are open to any horse/pony and rider combination that has won no more than three first prizes in any show jumping competition at the Silver Horseshoe Riding Club, excluding Lead Rein and Beginners. Once a competitor has won three times in a season they are no longer eligible to enter this section.
Class 1 Novice Pony not to exceed 138cms, (13.2hh).
Class 2 Novice Pony not to exceed 148cms, (14.2hh).
Class 3 Lead Rein Jumping. Handlers in this class must be 14 years old and over.
Class 4 Beginners Jumping 148cms, (14.2hh), and under. This class is open to any pony/rider combination who are off the Lead Rein but still need some assistance at the discretion of the judge. Lead Rein competitors may compete in this class off the Lead Rein.
Class 5 Pre Novice Horse over 148cms, (14.2hh). Fences not to exceed 65cms in first round. Open to horse/rider combination who are either new to competing or inexperienced at the judge’s discretion.
Class 6 Novice exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh). Fences not to exceed 80cms maximum.
RING TWO - INTERMEDIATE SHOW JUMPING
Commencing 9.30AM PROMPT

Class 7 10 years old and under. Open to any rider aged 10 years old and under on the 1st January in the current year. Ponies must not exceed 138cms, (13.2hh).
Class 8 Intermediate Pony not to exceed 128cms, (12.2hh).
Class 9 Intermediate Pony not to exceed 138cms, (13.2hh).
Class 10 Intermediate Pony not to exceed 148cms, (14.2hh).
Class 11 Open Pony Jumping .Open to ponies 148cms, (14.2hh) and under. No pony may compete with more than one rider.
Class 12 Intermediate exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh). Fences not to exceed 95cms maximum in first round.
Class 13 Open Horse Jumping Open to horses over 148cms, (14.2hh). No horse may compete with more than one rider Fences not to exceed 1.05cms maximum in first round.

RING THREE - WORKING HUNTER
Commencing 10.30AM PROMPT

Open to Horses and ponies, 4 years old and over. Horse/Pony/Rider combination may only enter one Working Hunter Class.
Class 14 Working Hunter Pony Lead Rein.
Class 15 Working Hunter Pony Nursery Stakes Open to ponies not exceeding 133cms, (13.0hh), riders to be 10 years old and under on the 1st January in the current year. Pony/rider combination may not enter any other Working Hunter Pony class on the same day.
Class 16 Working Hunter Pony not exceeding 133cms, (13.0hh).
Class 17 Working Hunter Pony to exceed 133cms, (13.0hh), but not to exceed 143cms, (14.0hh).
Class 18 Working Hunter Pony to exceed 143cms, (14.0hh), but not to exceed 153cms, (15.0hh).
Class 19 Open Working Hunter to exceed 153cms, (15.0hh).


RING FOUR - BEST TURN OUT
Commencing 9AM PROMPT
Open to Horses/Ponies 4 years old and over. Horse/Rider/Pony combination may only enter one Best Turned Out Class
Class 20 Lead Rein Pony inc Toddlers Lead Rein (Toddlers must be 5 years old & under on the 1st January in the current year.
Class 21 Pony not exceeding 138cms, (13.2hh).
Class 22 Pony exceeding 138cms, (13.2hh), but not exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh).
Class 23 Horse exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh).


RING FOUR - MOST APPEALING PONY
Not to commence before 12.30PM
Open to Horses/Ponies 4 years old and over. Horse/Pony/Rider combination may only enter one Ridden Most Appealing Class and one In Hand Most Appealing Class.

Class 39 Ridden Mountain & Moorland, including Lead Rein. May be split if sufficient entries.

RING FIVE - OPEN IN HAND CLASSES
Not to commence BEFORE 2.00PM

Class 40 Veteran Horse/Pony any height 15 years old and over.
Class 41 Young Handler, 7 to 14 years of age. Judged on the ability of child to show In-Hand. Handler may be accompanied by an adult but to be only helped on safety grounds.
NO STALLIONS ALLOWED.
Class 42 Best Condition Horse or Pony, any age, any height.
Class 43 Mountain & Moorland Small Breeds Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, Welsh Section A & B. Any age.


Class 44 Mountain & Moorland Large Breeds Connemara, Dales, Fell, Highland, New Forrest, Welsh Section C & D. Any age.
Class 45 Arab, Pure Bred, Anglo or Part-Bred. Any age.
Class 46 Yearling, 2 or 3 year old. Any Breed.
Class 47 Open Horse exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh), 4 years old and over, Any Breed.


RING SIX - RIDDEN HUNTER/ COB / RIDING HORSE
Commencing 10.00AM PROMPT

Open to Horses 4 years old and over. Riders in classes 48 -52 MUST have attained their 16th Birthday by 1st January in the current year.
Class 48 Small Hunter exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh), but not exceeding 158cms, (15.2hh).
Class 49 Open Ridden Hunter May be split into Lightweight/Middleweight and Heavyweight if sufficient entries.
Class 50 Ladies Hunter over 148cms, (14.2hh), to be ridden astride or Side Saddle by a lady.
Class 51 Riding Horse exceeding 148cms, (14.2hh).
Class 52 Ridden Cob.


RING SIX - GAMES

Not to commence until the completion of Class 31 in RING FOUR
