Yep, here is a brag about the Best Pony In The World (Mine) Turton Kitty Fisher - do you know she has won all four of her one day events this season - all on her dressage scores and what is the most amazing thing of all is she won her section at Area 9 Mini ODE (.......y stiff competition I can tell you!) for the second year running and guess what her dressage score was? 14.2!!!! Yep, that's right folks, 14.2 not bad for 27 yrs of age is she?  ?  Lots of long faces over that score I can tell you! |

dont know anything about dressage but sounds like youve really enjoyed yourself well done

Well done. My 1st ODE event was last month. We did really well XC with just 20 faults, not bad for a baby and 8 faults SJ. LOL she prefers the solid jumps they don't fall over and our dressage score was 43.5 which I was quite proud off considering we only had 2 days to practise. (I took a cancellation place) Of course your score is much much better. Well done. What height were the jumps and how did you do with them.

Thats fab, I remember Kitty when Hannah Quinn had her yrs ago, she won the RIHS i think even then she was 18......

43.5 first time out is not bad at all, just keep going! I have tried to whip up some dressage enthusiasm amongst our little PC members to no avail which is a great pity - its one of the reasons we couldnt make up a team to go to Mini Area, just had to send individuals....the height was 2ft 2- 2ft 6" but we are in Area 9 which is got to be the most competitive area of them all - honestly! We were going to retire Kit this winter but she is so full of beans we think we will bring her out early to see if she can do a couple more ODE's before hanging up her shoes.....we try to keep her to 2ft9 and below xc as its more important she comes home safe and sound. We're going to take her sj on Friday as a treat as she's been miserable not going to any shows, whinnies like mad when the lorry comes back.
