Deep breathing before you go in, breathe in on a count of three, and out again counting three, make a conscious effort to relax and drop your shoulders, and tell yourself you can do it!! Worked for childbirth!!

Rescue remedy and camomile tea. And Lavendar oil dotted on your pulse points, and on a tissue or similar. Make sure you are breathing properly ie. through your abdomen, not shallow breaths. Plan as much as you can, and break it down into separate sections, presumably, you know what each section will involve. Treat it like a show jump course, you know where you need to go, and how you should get over the other side, but if you do have a pole down, don't look back, sit up, kick on and focus on whats ahead. We have all won a class, despite having a fence down, so don't worry if you say something a bit daft. Take the time to read/listen to each question, and to prepare a response. A measured considered answer will sound better than a garbled hurried answer. And don't be flumoxed by a stupid question. When I was interviewed recently, they asked me what my favourite film was. I like "blokes" films, Leon, True Romance etc. The company I was interviewing for helped young kids who were in trouble with the law. So i had a hell of a job trying to think of a nice film, that didn't involve excessive violence, drugs, guns and lawlessness. I would, after all have been working to prevent this, not enjoying it in film form!!! However, I panicked and said the first thing that came into my head. I didn't get the job. Mind you, would you employ a 40 year old woman whose favourite film was Bambi?

Work through your notes till you feel happy you've done all you can. Then allow yourself ONE small glass before bed.
