Fantastic stuff Shelleyj! And i hear you were in very good company there aswell so an extra special WELL DONE!!!! You are used to taking out stitches so i'm sure you will be great at stitching plaits in aswell!! Overatdaknee, am hoping to get the prototype kevin off to you this week. he might be a little shy at first, never having been out in company before so treat him gently until you get to know him!! oh dear, this gets worse and worse!!

Overatdaknee, we were talking about meeting up and having a big party at PUK summer champs, maybe we could have a bring your Kevin to the party theme. They could all meet up and swop stories - I often wonder am I totally insane

Yes Skint it is a definite! I will bring my collection of 'Kevins', freinds, jockeys and of course the one and only original Lorry Dog!!! Love to meet you guys as well as the other horsegossipers- the men in white coats could probably have a field day................................................

Not yet Skint- think poor ole Try is rather busy at the moment. I need a new one as lost a 'kevin' in the ring at Windsor on Saturday.........................saying that, horsie was being a numpty due to having been mown down by the Mounted games lot in the collecting ring and was using any excuse to become 'scary horse' so jockey may have swiped it from the strip basket to try and stuff down her ears!!!!!

Did you put out a missing Kevins bulletin, he must be lost and very afraid. someone may think he is just a normal sock and try to wear him. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me Skint- if any one had found poor little Kevin he would have ended up in the nearest bin...............................skanky, oily, black in places and with a distinctive odour- not to mention covered in black hair from horsie, no self respecting tramp would have been seen dead wearing 'Our Kev!'

Ohhhh poor Kev, he's lost and alone in Windsor or perhaps the Queen has got him??

Lordy- he could become 'Sir Kevin' by appointment to The Queen! I would never get him back once she realised how many different uses he has- yikes!!!!!!

He could get cut with her sword as she was knighting him - oh dear this gets worse and worse, what would Prince Phillip do with his big toe stuck out of Kevin

Kevin has only been used to hands for the last few years! I think he would get rather alarmed if anyone tried to put their foot in him now!! Perhaps I should put a piccy up in case he is recognised.................

Will have a rummage through the family album for a piccy of 'Kev'- in the event he doesn't come home or I cannot afford the ransom I have had to hastily obtain another Kevin. Trouble is this one started life in Primark and am not sure how long he will last on the job before throwing in the towel...................

Shelleyj Are you insinuating that we are not the full shilling, Oh my god overatdaknee we have been rumbled, I think its the constant rocking and talking to myself that has given it away.
You must not judge Kevin on his lowly origins. He is just trying to better himself take Kevin on how you find him. He will not throw the towel in I have every faith in him.

poor kevin, lets hope lizzy or phil find him whilst walking the corgies, perhaps he will end up working at the royal mews!

Post by overatdaknee on May 15, 2008 14:41:49 GMT
Bet he would prefer a new career wiping the Royal boots- much more hygienic than shining up horses backsides.........................

As long as the corgis don't get at him first....
