It will be easier to fetch it from the local sorting office, been there last year, after five attempts I gave up, most of em are numpties the others are just overworked.... Good luck with it

They've CLOSED our local sorting office, otherwise I would have collected it from there!! Now it looks like I'm going to have ANOTHER wasted day!

I work in a post office and we don't know yet if they are going to close us, if they do what about all my customers, especially my oldies, what are they going to do ! For some of them i can be the only person that they get to talk to all week ! Royal Mail need to pull their finger out and think about people, profit is NOT everything and without their customers it counts for nothing !! As its only a village PO with awful bus links are they going to supply transport for those who have none...... i don't think so do you ?
