Anyone know any good ones? Am feeling pretty grim at the moment, and I haven't got TIME to be ill!!! I need to finish Xmas shopping, buy posh outfit for Hubby's Xmas do, keep on top of housework because Mum & Dad are overnight babysitting for posh do, and I haven't wrapped a present yet! So if anyone knows of anything that will make me feel better quickly, I'd really, really appreciate it.

Poor you OB I hope you feel better soon, there is nothing worse than feeling ill when you have so much to do.
Sounds like you are in good hands with you're family looking after you.

So much for the flu jab . . . . made me feel horrid for a week but I thought it'll be worth it because I'll be bouncing with health all winter . . . . guess who won't be bothering next year?

Thank you Halfpass, I am feeling a bit better, but 4 year old son now has it!!! So when I'm going to wrap all the presents I do not know. I can't get scissors out whilst he is here as last time he got hold of scissors he cut a nice big chunk out of my front room curtains! Stop laughing - you wouldn't find it funny if it was your curtains! So now he is banned from using scissors unless VERY closely supervised. At the same time he gave the tinsel on the tree a short back and sides and trimmed his Teddy's bikini line! Can't think WHERE he gets it from?

wowe , talking of trimming I did the fatal thing, went on the net yesterday and found a very trendy picture of a model wearing a very layered blocked colour spiky haircut looking super wonderful. You guessed it printed it out, walked in salon and said I would like to look like that :-*I should have changed my mind when I saw the hairdressers give each other the LOOK MMmm its definately a younger look and a lot quicker to dry, feel a bit lop sided with it though as a lot more dark brown one side to the platingham blonde the other.....and I have a fringe....first time in 30 years My husband says I look a bit like a french student artist, not sure how to take that, even more not sure how it will look like my very elegant Karen Millan dress and FCUK very high shoes tonight for my hubbies very posh work do....

Thanks HP, I'm much better Lolly, you do make me laugh! Your tale reminded me of a time I was in the hairdressers. Someone came in and said what you did, the hairdresser said as quick as a flash.... "sorry I don't do plastic surgery"! Hope you have a goodtime tonight
