I used to ride with a schooling whip across my back and threaded through my arms to help keep my shoulders back and sit up- only do thi son a quiet pony though! Also try putting all your weight in your heels, and imagine that your a puppett, being held buy strings from your hat and shoulders to help you sit up. Worked for me!!

Try keeping your hat touching the sky.

something uncomfortable in the back of your collar, like the scratchy side of velcro, when you lean forward (my comfort zone) it irritates the back of your neck and it becomes more comfortable to sit up straight and far better than somebody keep yelling at you to sit up straight lol. Keep doing it and your muscles will change and sitting up will become easier and more second nature than leaning forward.

Get your Mum to tell you to lean back, instead off sitting up! When you feel like your leaning back, that's you actually sitting properly! I'm a serial leaner and it works for me

Do a little bit of yoga, dancer's pose, crane, aeroplane, stuff that involves standing on one leg. In order to maintain your balance, you need to pull in your core muscles and have good posture.
You could get one of those fit balls and instead of slopping in front of the tv, you sit on that. Tip forward and you will fall off.
