Sorry seahorse, its a Slimming World thing, there two plans to choose from, Original or Red, and the newer Green Plan, both work to basically the same principle but your free unlimted food is slightly different. I will try and find you a link . . . . . www.slimmingworld.com/ you won't be able to get in all the sections as members have a password, it changes every week.

Yup, it's a great diet when you do it right, loads to eat and never hungry, the challenge is finding new ideas when you've been doing it a while.

lasagna sheets boil for a few minutes then rinse in cold water cut into triangles place in oven with some frylight keep checking them as they turn brown suddenly add fry light when you think required. this is completely free on a green day just using he A or u can eat with carrots cucumber etc

We make a lovely one for green day, called Rosies Pie,
Peel and Slice a pan full of potatoes, and boil until tender. Meanwhile slice and fry in frylight one large onion until soft. In a bowl mix 2 tubs of very low fat cottage cheese and chives with 4 eggs and beat together. Layer the potatoes, onions, cheese/egg mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with an A Choice of grated half fat cheddar, or two if your sharing! Bake in the oven until golden. (Takes about 20 mins.)
Delicious hot or cold, we have it hot with quorn sausages and mushy peas!!

Does anyone make sin-free chips?
Slice some baby potatoes in skins into wedges and parboil for 5 minutes. Drain well, spray a baking sheet with fry light, spread the wedges on and spray them with fry light and add seasoning of your choice (I like the cajun or garlic & herb, or just a little black pepper is nice), and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Free on green, or just use your potato allowance on Red.

DL have you ever made the couscous cake? I tried once, don't know what I did wrong but it came out like a rubber frisbee!!! You could have soled your shoes with it!
Also, any suggestions for Celeriac? Never bought it before, don't know what made me buy one, but its sitting in the bottom of the fridge looking at me and I'm not quite sure what to do with it!

Wow, well done! Am still battling with the post xmas extra, but hopefully not much longer! Am now 13lbs down since the beginning of December.
I have an odd green day but mostly do red, so maybe will think of some red recipes to post!
Also, can you get the Mug Shots noodle thingies that you make in a cup. They are really filling and free on the green. Morrisons stock them but watch out because the pasta ones are not free, only the noodles. Come in Chicken, Sweet & Sour, Chow mein - really quick and easy!

Ok, we've had a few green recipes, so here's my OH's favourite red recipe for bolognese:
Slice an onion and some mushrooms into a frying pan and fry with fry light, when the onions are starting to soften add some chopped bacon and fry together. Meanwhile in another pan brown a 500g pack of lean steak mince with 2 cloves of garlic and an oxo cube (1 sin). When the mince is browned add the bacon/onion/mushroom mixture and mix into the mince. Add a large tin of chopped tomatoes and allow to simmer until the liquid has reduced.
Nice served with a B Choice of Pasta or we have it with a jacket potato!

Yes you can have unlimited fruit and veg if on the green plan you can have potatoes, pasta and rice unlimited as well, and baked beans. On the red you only have a set amount of potato, and certain veg. aren't free.
You're always alright with fruit and mullerlight yogurts though!!!
