24 hours of pain or near enough

I am so glad its nearly 10pm last night while having a glass of wine I turned on my beanbag and my knee partiacally discolated, :(this is almost normal for me, my shoulder has been rebuilt and my thumb can do it as well, apparently I have hyper tensive joints, which is a little like being doubled jointed but it hurts like hell and dosent always go back in. After crying for about five minutes and whimpering I mangaged to get the courgage to stand on it it went back thank god for wine

Work up this morning but in pain looking forward to X-country schooling to make up for missing great chart. Walked pony to lorry a long and painful walk, only to be met by friend to tell me lorry was very ill

So she gave me a jumping lesson instead it bl***dy hurt to ride, any symphorthy no you must be joking
The jumps just got bigger, I have pony who is point and he will jump which means mum gets him wrong he jumps any way a painful expereiance. Anyway on a good note we got somewhere.

Then we rode four years olds in School decided to see what pinky would do if i popped in to canter, he bucked, I nearly fell off laughing, then realised my back hurt.

Rode Betty she was good untill I dismounted and she stamped on my foot hard

Then in dark turned out slightly mental warm blood who has already cost me a fortune in ostipath fees after I fell on my head.
could he cope with dark I have no shoulders left

what a great two days of holiday will be glad to get back to work I think

thanks Sue all minor but enough to be annoying, thought work would be better, but no spent the whole day in tears because of one person, I should not let them get to me but cant help it.

when you go back to work just walk straight up to the person who upset you and shake them warmly by the throat it always makes me feel better, or when I come down to Biddenden in the near future to visit friends, send me round bet I can make them cry

belive it or not I am in charge of above person, had a few issues with them over work matters. A young girl of 18 was also involved, who is a sweetie, any other person has come round saying me and other girl are back stabbing bit*hes. I have walked in to this after 3 days off, with members of my team telling me these things just before christmas I had a really tough time and had to get some help and sitll feeling very insurcure at moment

Thanks you lot youve made me smile, am dreading going in tomorrow, the situation that was brought to my attention by one of my team could not be ignored, In any case if I had not reported it, and it was found out later I knew I would have been implicated so would other girl. At the end of day its my job. She caused a lot of trouble for me last year winding things up to the point I was shaking when getting to work and getting in a state. The sad thing is I did like her

Gosh it's really tough when you're like that at work, have been there in the past and know what it's like. My advice is keep a diary and write down what happens, times and dates. It gives you the feeling of being in control of the situation, and if you need to take it further you have your notes to back up what you are saying.

Failing that, your HG buddies are always here for you, and remember, it's not just aggro, it's M&S aggro!!!!!

Am happily recovering with wine just done 14hours stock take am shatered, spent most of the day shouting at anyone who came near me, at least I knows thats normal, evil one not in today, So am just dreading Monday, I will not let it get to me whats the worse that can happen

Halfpass I am not called Pauline pan for nothing lol I refuse to grow up as as flashy and I have finally met (after I ve help look after her lovely Dale spritles for nearly a new and not put town and two togeather) and she can vouch for this.

Just slipped and discolcated my thumb am in agony its back in, but the size of a golf ball, who up there doent like me. I go for months which out mangaging to discolate any thing then it two in a week
