We are now able to accept "On Line" entries for Equifest. This is a very new step forward for us - so we are anxious to have it trialled and some feedback please! There is a £2 admin fee for the site provider - but you will receive instant confirmation that your entry has been received and accepted - as well as saving yourselves a stamp and visit to the post office. We are not able to accept stable bookings or show jumping entries on line for this year - so these will still have to be sent into the office, please!!! Concours & Pairs classes are limited to the first 30 entries received - so please ensure that you get in early for these classes. The website address is: www.equifest.org.uk Please send any comments on the site and difficulties that you may have to bbranyan@eastofengland.org.uk Thank you, Betsy Branyan

Yes - you can do your championship classes on line as well - you will just need to complete the section asking where you have qualified so we can get this verified (in lieu of the qualification card!)

Yes - please can you send stabling in to the EOE Showground - we haven't progressed yet to being able to take stable bookings on line!

Got my entries completed in 10 mins.
Not been to this show before, looking forward to it.
Do I still need to send in my qualification cards, or is stating the qualifying show on online entry sufficient?

As long as you have stated on the on line where you have qualified this is sufficient. If you could though, it would be helpful if you could take the cards to the show - in case there is any queries!!
Yours sincerely
Betsy

hi just tryed to do online entries, i have 2 ponies but 2 different handlers do i have to do it seperate ie like 2 different exhibitors?

As long as the exhibitor is the same you can enter both ponies at the same time. The system will give you the option to "add a horse" - and then ask the name of the rider / handler when you enter the class number... Or that is the theory anyway!!!!
