Thank you everyone for your lovely comments, support and best wishes!!! Arthur is doing really well and just getting to the "naughty stage", this I think brilliant as of course we didnt know whether he would get there or not!! We have entered him for the futurity so lets hope he does well in the next few weeks and has a successful day!!!!

hi iam so sorry for your loss i lost my beutiful girl Ninfield Millionairess on monday to the same thing , her foal wos 4 days old, we got a foster mare who had sadly lost her foal to a broken leg on monday to, we had to skin the dead foal n put the skin on owr foal , not nice ! it is the sades thing ever i just cant seem to take it in wot as happend ,R.I.P millie n mona xxxxxxx

Im sorry to hear about your mare deaconsfield!!! I hope the fostering has gone well, we have hand reared Arthur and he is just fab, its been a roller coaster ride of ups and downs but hes doing really well!!!!! To be honest we didnt have the time to think about what had happened and I didnt know whether to scream, cry, laugh but it gets better!!!!! We just have to think we have our special "children" who live on in their memory!!!!! Good luck with your baby you have to be positive for him!!!!!!

deaconsfield my heart goes out to you, we all know that breeding can sometimes goes horribly wrong but nothing, not even experience, can prepare you for the heartache. I hope all is going as well as it can be for your foal.xxx
