My daughter needs new jod boots, she wants oxblood ones. She rides a 14 bay SHP and a bay tobiano SHP/ WHP and occassionally a dark bay sec B, she is 13 and quite tall, wears a mustard tweed and corn jods. I think oxblood may be a bit more for the SP rider or for a younger child. Opionions asap please, we are buying some new ones this week BTW we are looking for some size 5 oxblood (possibly!) show boots if anyone is selling

I think oxblood looks better than brown on any age rider, Ash will always wear the oxblood ones but thats only my personal preferance.

Thats good cos we ended up getting oxblood They looked fine with both ponies, bit too 'new' looking but that soon remedied as the 4 year old 14 hander stood on her feet

I would go for havana, many judges and producers do not like oxblood boots, havana is definately the safer option!
