To get an indoor stable who has to be the member? is it ok to make the junior a member, as this will be the rider in the classes and the person to benefit from the cheaper entries.

So is it the rider that has to be the member rather than the exhibitor (owner) or can it be either?

It doesn't matter who the member is to get the reduced entry fees - rider or exhibitor as long as its a family member (even if a junior). From what I gather all indoor stables are sold out.
