Oh naturally! but, having said that, being all nicey nicey and then looking in the mirror and wanting to throw a brick threw it, isn't the best feeling to have, throughout life, is it?

I really wouldn't know ;D Tell you what, if I had to choose between friends that were beautiful only on the outside, or only on the inside, I know what I'd choose!

at the risk of misquoting you whydo i know you wouldnt change a thing about yourself but personally i would start with your attitude... most of us can shed a few pounds but i think it may take you a while to brush off that huge chip on your shoulder..

Well I have reacently lost a large amount of weight and now look too big for my pony. No idea how that happened I thought I'd look better on him instead!
I'm 5ft3, 10stone, hopeing to loose anouther half stone. I'm a size 8/10 (inbetween sizes at the moment and I want to be one size or the other!!). I used to be 12 stone and I looked better on my pony when I weighed that much. I have not exercised any more then I used to do (ie riding) I have simply changed the way I eat and whilst I still eat chocolate and cheesecake and other goodies It is not every day. This week I've done 3 shows and eaten well at all of them still managed to loose 1lb. I've had burgers, pork baps, sweets, scones etc, but round that i've managed to fill up on fruit salad, strawerries and cream, yoghurt, low fat icecream and other goodies!
I certainly did not loose the weight because of any pressure, I just decided that the extra tyre had to go. I've never come across pressure to be thin in the showring, then again I dont frequent the show pony or hack rings and am quite happy on my tubby little natives.

And with that, I think another episode of 'The Rachel Show' should draw to a close.
